Terms of Service

Last updated: August 19, 2026

These Terms govern use of SubServe ("SubServe," "we," or "the service"), available at subserv.me. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use SubServe. You attest to this at signup. Anyone whose information you add to the platform must also be a consenting adult; this is a condition you agree to separately at signup as well.

2. Nature of the Service

SubServe is a relationship and financial management tool. It helps you organize a roster of individuals you manage, track gifts or payments already made to you through other platforms, assign and follow up on tasks, generate and send agreements for electronic signature, and communicate with those individuals through the app.

SubServe does not process, transmit, or hold payments on your behalf. Any money that changes hands does so through third-party platforms (payment apps, payment processors, or direct transfer) entirely outside SubServe; the app only lets you log what already happened. SubServe does not verify, endorse, moderate, or take any position on the nature of the relationships or activities you choose to track using the tool.

3. You Are Responsible for Data About Other People

Any information you enter into SubServe about another individual (a name, contact details, notes, financial history, or anything else) is information you chose to collect and store, not information SubServe collected. You represent that you have an appropriate basis for collecting and storing that information, and that you have the right to do so under any agreement or understanding you have with that individual.

SubServe acts only as a processor of the data you input; we are not responsible for what you choose to collect, why you collect it, or how you use it outside the platform. You are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of any data you input about another individual.

4. What We Do and Do Not Have Access To

SubServe staff do not access the content of your account (your roster, notes, messages, or financial records) except as described in our Privacy Policy's support-access section: only with your explicit permission, during an active support request you initiated, and only for as long as needed to resolve it.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use SubServe to:

  • Collect or store information about anyone who has not consented to being tracked this way
  • Collect or store any information about a minor, or facilitate any interaction with a minor
  • Advertise, solicit, or arrange payment for a sexual act
  • Harass, threaten, coerce, stalk, or non-consensually expose anyone
  • Engage in or facilitate trafficking, exploitation, or any other illegal activity
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

SubServe includes an automated check that flags certain language in messages and agreements sent through the app; some language is blocked outright, other language produces a warning you can choose to override. This check exists to protect your account from the content policies of the domain registrar and payment processors we rely on. It is not a substitute for your own judgment about what is appropriate to send.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for violating these Terms, for conduct that puts SubServe's relationship with its infrastructure or payment providers at risk, or for any activity we reasonably believe to be illegal. Where practical, we will look into a report or violation before taking action; we are not obligated to provide a specific explanation or an appeal process.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

The free plan is limited to one subject profile. Paid plans remove that limit at the price shown on our Pricing page at the time you subscribe, billed either monthly or annually in advance. Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment for the year.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not end your access early. Your paid access continues through the end of the period you already paid for, and your account then reverts to the free plan. We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for unused time in a billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will look into it.

8. Domme 101 Reference Library

The Resources section of SubServe provides reference material we curate ourselves. You may duplicate any item into your own private library to keep and edit; your copy belongs to you and is not shared with anyone else. This section does not accept submissions from users.

9. Limitation of Liability

SubServe is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SubServe and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, loss of income, or damages arising from your interactions with anyone you manage using the tool. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use SubServe after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to contact@subserv.me.
